Arya's Prezzies is a small independent UK online shop for dogs and the hoomans who adore them.

By using our website or placing an order, you're agreeing to these Terms & Conditions along with the information in our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our prezzies

We do our best to make product descriptions, photographs, sizes and other information as accurate as possible.

Colours can look a little different depending on your screen. Natural, handmade, personalised and made to order products can also have small differences in colour, grain, markings, finish or design placement.

Stock can change too, so occasionally a product may become unavailable or need to be removed from the shop.

Personalised prezzies

Some of our products can be personalised with a name, message or other wording supplied by you.

Please check names, spelling and wording carefully before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible. We'll always try to help, but once personalisation has started we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

Personalised products usually can't be returned simply because you've changed your mind. If we've made a mistake or something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we'll get it sorted.

Made to order prezzies

Some Arya's Prezzies products are made after you place your order, including some of our own designs.

These may take a little longer to prepare before dispatch. Where we have a specific timeframe, you'll normally find it on the product page.

Made to order does not automatically mean non-returnable. If an item isn't personalised or made specifically to your individual requirements, normal cancellation rules still apply where required.

Pet products 🐾

Please read the information, instructions and safety guidance provided with your product before using it.

Pet care and grooming products should be used according to the instructions provided with them.

If your dog has allergies, sensitivities, a medical condition or you're unsure whether a product is suitable, please check with an appropriate veterinary professional before use.

Information on Arya's Prezzies is there to help you understand our products and shouldn't be treated as veterinary or medical advice.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you're asking to buy the products in your basket.

Very occasionally we may need to cancel an order. This could happen if an item is no longer available, there's a genuine pricing or listing mistake, payment can't be completed, personalisation information is missing or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If you've already paid for something we're unable to supply, we'll refund the appropriate amount.

Prices & payment

All prices on Arya's Prezzies are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The price you'll pay is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

UK delivery is £2.99, or FREE on orders £25+.

Delivery

Arya's Prezzies currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch times can vary between products, so please check the individual product page for any specific information.

If you order more than one item, they may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we've specifically agreed something different with you. You'll find more information in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Changed your mind?

For most online purchases, you can tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you've changed your mind.

You'll then normally have a further 14 days to send it back.

Some items, including personalised products, aren't normally covered by change of mind returns.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can give you the correct return details. Our Returns & Refunds Policy has all the information you'll need.

Something wrong with your order?

If something arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or simply isn't what you ordered, please let us know.

Email us with your order number and a few details about what's happened and we'll help get it sorted.

Discounts & special offers

From time to time we may run discounts, promotions or special offers.

Some offers may have their own dates, minimum spend or other conditions, which will be shown with the offer where needed.

Discounts and offers can't be exchanged for cash unless we specifically say otherwise.

Gift cards

Arya's Prezzies gift cards are sent electronically and can be used on our online shop.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and any unused balance will expire after that time.

Gift cards can't normally be exchanged for cash.

Please keep your gift card code safe. Treat it a bit like cash because anyone with the code may be able to use it.

Our original stuff

The Arya's Prezzies name, branding, original website copy, original product descriptions, original designs, graphics, photographs we've created and Arya's Paws for Thought content belong to us unless we've said otherwise.

Please don't copy, reproduce or commercially use our original work without permission. Arya is prepared to look extremely disappointed if necessary. 🐶

Reviews, photos & things you send us

If you send us a review, photograph or other content, please make sure it's yours or that you have permission to share it.

We may share genuine customer reviews or content in connection with Arya's Prezzies where appropriate.

We won't knowingly publish content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, spam or infringes somebody else's rights.

Using our website

Please use the Arya's Prezzies website lawfully and don't attempt to damage, disrupt or misuse it.

If we link to another website, that website is responsible for its own content, security and privacy practices.

When things don't go to plan

Occasionally something happens that neither Arya nor the hoomans can control. 🐾

Severe weather, transport disruption, delivery delays and other unexpected events can sometimes affect an order.

If that happens, we'll do what we reasonably can to minimise the disruption and keep you updated where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Arya's Prezzies, our products or the rules we need to follow change. The latest version will always be shown here with the date it was updated.

One last boring but important bit

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights that apply where you live.
